School-Based ABA Services for Better Student Outcomes
Bridging the Gap Between Education and ABA
Bridging the Gap Between Education and ABA
School Time ABA was founded to bridge the gap between educational settings and ABA therapy. Our mission is to ensure students receive meaningful behavioral support during the school day, not just after hours. We exist to support students where learning happens- at school.

Our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians partner directly with schools to deliver real-time behavioral support where students need it most.

School Time ABA partners directly with districts to provide:
- Certified ABA professionals (BCBA's RBT'S and Behavior Technicians) in classrooms
- Implementation of individualized Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Data tracking and progress reports aligned to IEP goals
- Training for school staff in ABA strategies
- Sensory support to improve focus and regulation

For only $29.99/month, you'll start with the Baseline Workbook to capture your child’s starting point. Each month brings a new focus, building insight across the school year, ending with a complete record that strengthens IEP prep and gives your child a voice.
What it is: The Every Second Counts in Autism™ Workbook is a structured, data-driven system that captures your child’s entire school day, the successes, challenges, and patterns that matter most. It’s designed to “speak” for your child, providing a clear record of their experiences, progress, and needs, even when they can’t always share them themselves.
This Workbook was created for schools and parents alike. It's especially valuable if you're waiting for ABA services to start or seeking additional help and clarity about what's taking place with your child at school. These tools can be implemented right away so progress doesn't have to wait.
Daily tracking forms Document behavior, communication, routines and social interactions, giving a clear picture of each school day.
Highlight the difference between what you thought was happening and what's actually recorded in school, revealing gaps and new opportunities for support.
Month-by-Month documentation that makes growth and challenges clear.
Organized documentation that speaks for your child and highlights patterns, progress, and needs so parents walk into meetings confident and prepared.
Collaboration Tools Consistent logs that keep school and home connected in real time, ensuring no moment of growth is missed.
Why it matters: This workbook gives your child a voice when they can’t always share one themselves. Through daily logs, parent surveys, and progress summaries, you’ll uncover what’s really happening in the classroom, not just what you thought was happening.
When it’s time for the IEP meeting, you’ll walk in prepared with clear documentation that speaks for your child, ensures their needs are seen, and helps you advocate with confidence.
